Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

Your Satisfaction is the secret key to our business model!

 

We are so confident that you will be happy with our products and services. Although we understand things can happen therefor, we offer a 7-day return policy on qualified items. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, return it to us within 7-days for a 100% refund of the purchased price.

Currently, due to the COVID-19 pandemic for the safety of our customers and employees, we are temporarily NOT accepting any returns once the order has been delivered to the customer's requested destination. 

 

RETURNS

At Kiraana Delivery, customer satisfaction is our topmost priority! If you feel that the product you received is in a damaged condition in any way or if you are not 100% happy with the items accepted, please contact us immediately at KiraanaDelivery@gmail.com to initiate a refund request. Once our backend team has reviewed your request for a refund, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return it. Return shipping charges on voluntary returns are the responsibility of the buyer. A traceable and insured shipping method is suggested as we will not be liable for merchandise that does not reach our location. All merchandise returned must be in an as-delivered condition such as NEW and UNUSED. Any items purchased with a coupon code or clearance are not eligible for return.

 

ADDITIONAL NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

• Any open products 

• Frozen and Dairy Products

• Fruits and Vegetables

• Some health and personal care items

 

REFUNDS

Once the merchandise has reached back to us, our backend team will process the refund back to the same payment method used to place the order. Typically, refunds are completed within 24-48 hours after verification of returned products. Please note, it may take an additional 2-3 days for your financial institution to reflect the refund credit on your account. We can only refund shipping fees if the return was a result of our error.

 

CANCELING AN ORDER

If you decide to cancel the order after it has been placed, we can only cancel if it hasn't already left our facility. If the order has not left our facility, then we can process the cancellation right away. To initial Order Cancellation request, please email us at IndianGroceryKing@gmail.com. Once we receive your email, our backend team will respond to you in the order in which your email was received and confirm cancellation via email response.

EXCHANGES ​

If the item is damaged or defective, we will work with you to exchange an item for the same. To initiate an exchange process, please send us an email at IndianGroceryKing@gmail.com.

RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS 

If you need to return an item that was purchased during our promotional period, then the process will remain the same, and you will only receive a refund of what was paid by the customer during the promotional period and not the current price.
